A very good recipe. Easy to work with dough & quick to put together. My only change would be to double the recipe next time. I made 10 tortillas but they were very small & very thin. Not like my usual homemade recipe, that produces a little thicker tortilla. The taste was excellent & the leftover ones, that after cooling were very brittle, we saved to use in taco salad. Thanks for sharing your recipe, multitasker!
