I liked this meatloaf very much, but my husband felt it was too sweet. I didn't have any ketchup, so I used tomato sauce instead. I also replaced the breadcrumbs with Grape Nuts (again to use what was on hand). Overall, I liked the meat flavor very much, but I would likely cut the sweetness in the glaze if I made it again.
