  1. Quick, easy and so full of flavor. Once everything was chopped/cut-up, this went together very quickly. We loved that the vegetables were still crisp-tender and really added to the visual appeal of this dish. My pork tenderloin was a little over 1-lb. and I sauteed it in garlic-infused olive oil instead of vegetable oil. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe...it is definitely a keeper! **Made for Susie's World Tour 2019-Korea**

  2. Oh my this is sooooooo good. Easy is also a good description. I was kind of surprised at the Ramen noodles; but followed the direction except used beef (it's all I had) and beef flavored Ramen and then followed the directions as listed. It has already been requested by DH for a repeat. The spices set it off perfect and loved the combination of colors with the red and green; bright, smelled amazing while cooking and tasted just as good as it looked. Add to that the how fast and easy it is to make and what's NOT to like!!

  5. So easy to make -- very colorful & flavorful. I love using ramen noodles in dishes. Although I made this dish just as directed, next time I would only use one seasoning packet to reduce the amount of salt in the recipe. Definitely a repeat at our house.
