Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

"This is a delicious, fresh tasting dressing that is extremely easy to make. If you stay in different countries for an extended period of time you cannot always purchase Ranch dressing and you start to crave it! However, you can usually find these ingredients, or substitute fresh when you can't find the dried ingredients and you'll be a "happy camper"! My grandchildren love this as a "dip" for their meat and veggies."

• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion flakes
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon parsley flakes

directions

1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Refrigerate for at least one hour before using.
