Baked Cranberry Sauce

"I got this recipe out of the Taste of Home 2006 annual cookbook. It makes a wonderful side dish for a traditional Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. My sister enjoys eating the leftovers over vanilla ice cream as a dessert. If the cranberries are extremely tart, you may add extra sugar to taste. Enjoy!"

I have always loved to cook. My Gramma used to let me help make everything when I was a little girl, so I've spent a lot of time in the kitchen. I've been diligently collecting tasty recipes so I can build up my own "family favorites" for my new husband. I work full time, so I don't have as much time as I'd like to be in the kitchen, but I get very excited whenever I have an extra afternoon to get messy in the kitchen!
