Great crisp cookies that aren't hard but have that crisp-tender texture. I got 34 cookies from the recipe ( I might have been a tag over generous in the scooping). The single change I made was to use only 1/4 cup of mini chips so if you use the full cup you'll have ton's of chocolate which can't be a bad thing :D. I baked them for 11 mins on convection @ 325 and swapped racks half way through. Made for Holiday Cookie Exchange Party in Photo Tag.
