I was just about to post this recipe, but see that you've beat me to the punch! :-) Ever since I bought the "Fast Food Fix" cookbook (a little over a year ago) we rarely eat homemade burgers without this sauce! It's SO GOOD, and is really quick to make. The ingredients do, in fact, call for 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of finely chopped white onion...just wanted to specify in case anyone thought that was a typo.

I'm the chef who created this recipe. It's part of a book called, "Fast Food Fix". The nutritional information given here is inaccurate. Using low-fat mayonnaise, which has only 2 g of fat per tablespoon yields about 11-1/2 to 12 g of fat total in the recipe. The correct #s are: 49 calories, 3 g of fat, trace saturated fat. Thanks, Devin

I have been tattooing professionally for 10 years.
I had my first baby in March 2005. He's the best thing that ever happened to me!
Update: Since this post, I had twins in May 2007. Unfortunately one was born with a Congenital defect called Diaphragmatic Hernia. She has been in the hospital since she was born and as of today it has been almost 8 months. As soon as we come home, I plan to start getting back in the kitchen, but it has been the last thing on my mind as of late.
2nd Update: My daughter has been home for a year now and she's been doing really well. She's still has a long way to go, but she's strong as an ox!
