I love the flavor combination in this bread! The true test though was how good it tastes the next day. We made French toast with day old bread and it was very delicious! I prepped the dough in an ABM, finished by shaping two loaves in 8x4 parchment-lined loaf pans and letting rise 25 minutes in a warm spot. The loaves were done baking after twenty five minutes @ 350 degrees. Thanks for posting! Reviewed for Veg Tag July.

This was very good, and it was a really moist and light bread. And it was so easy, just toss all the ingredients in and let the bread machine do all the work. I did, however, take the dough out of the machine, transferred it to a loaf pan and baked it in the oven. Because we wanted to slice the bread for sandwiches. Very Good. Thanks, Annacia.

My dough was a little too soft - and I was worried about adding more flour (I must have mismeasured something!) - so I scraped it all into a loaf pan and baked it that way. Quite excellent - a lot of people commented how they liked the fact that it was not really sweet. Also, I used whole almonds and just threw them in at the beginning - they were "chopped" by the time the cycle finished. Thanks for a tasty treat.
