Made these tonight. They are excellent. I did cut the ranch dressing by about 1/3. I can eat several of these a day during the summer. I did add very thin strips of a Kirby cuke to one, and being the cucumber freak that I am, I liked it even better. Thanks for sharing a nutritious, and satisfying addition to my "wrap" collection! As another reviewer pointed out, these could be a whole meal lunch, especially when on the go. I will likely add some type of meat slices to them from time to time, too. Thanks for an at least once a week meal deal!

Very easy recipe to make. I was able to just use a fork to blend the cream cheese and ranch dressing together. I added sandwhich meat/deli style ham to some of them. Taste is creamy but light. I do suggest when you cut them into slices: Begin cutting in the middle (as the ends of the tortilla will not have as much of the mixture) and the slices will hold together better. This recipe was loved my all of my friends at a cookout.

I live in the small town of Paris, Ontario. I have 2 children, a boy(10) and a girl(8) who both play hockey. We spend the majority of our winters at the arena and I love cheering our teams on. My favorite NHL team is the Toronto Maple Leafs!!!
I have always enjoyed baking and trying new recipes and this site is the best, I can't even guess how many people I've told about recipezaar.
