Sweet 'n' Sour Salad Dressing

"This is super quick, super easy, and super tasty. I got this from the new Cooking for 2 magazine. Try it you'll love it!"

• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 3 tablespoons canola oil
• 4 1⁄2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground mustard
• 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika

directions

1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the first seven ingredients; shake well.
2. Serve over salad greens.

Very good dressing! I used just 3 tsp of sugar and it was sweet enough for me.
