  1. A great way to fancy up frozen veggies! I used a broccoli cauliflower blend. I love swiss cheese with veggies, so I used a little more than 1 cup. Thanx for posting this. It's a keeper!

I live in central Massachusetts with my husband and two wonderful but crazy sons! I work as an administrative assistant for a small town. I enjoy running and trying to stay healthy! I love trying new recipes and cooking for my family. This is always a challenge because my youngest son and I are very adventurous eaters while my husband and oldest son tend to stick to eating the same foods all the time!
