  1. This was very good. It does make a lot. I used 2 ckicken thighs and cut back on the noodles a bit and it filled a 9 by 13 inch dish. 6 very good sized helpings. I did add a little hot sauce and some miss. dash far a little extra flavor. All in all a good, easy, quick and cheap can't go wrong with that!

  2. This really is just a meal to try when you don't have any other choice. It had very little flavor and didn't look very good either.

  3. WOW! Absolutely delicious! I didn't have shredded cheddar on hand, so I had to add a half cup of canned ( for nachos...lol) cheddar cheese. We all devoured it! I will definately make this again!

  4. My family absolutely loved this. I did have to add some additional seasoning though which is why I gave 4 stars. I tasted the mixture before putting in baking dish and added some salt, pepper, and garlic powder. With those additions this would definately be 5 stars in our house. My hubby who says everything is "OK" said it was "GREAT". The ingredients are also things that I always have in my pantry and freezer.

  5. This was good, but I had a couple of problems with it. First of all, this makes a lot!! I ended up splitting it into two casserole dishes and freezing one. It makes way more than six servings. I also think the recipe needs some salt and pepper, and some idea of cheese amounts. I used 1 cup for each of the casseroles I made from this. I also added peas.

I grew up in a small town in southwest Virginia but have now settled down in the mountains of Tennessee. I have also lived in Oklahoma, Texas, Alaska and Washington. Throughout the years, I have met lots of wonderful people and made some great lifelong friends who share my love for cooking. I always enjoy all the new dishes that my friends and family share with me. I love to entertain and have friends and family over and they love to come and eat!! My kitchen is always open with good food and warm conversation! My motto is: The recipe that is not shared with others will soon be forgotten; but when it is shared, it will be enjoyed by future generations.
