- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3⁄4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 3⁄4 lb pork tenderloin, cubed
- green onion, thinly sliced
directions
- Stir in Diana Sauce with Worcestershire Sauce, honey, hot sauce, and garlic until combined. Measure out and reserve half the mixture. Toss remaining mixture with the chicken and pork; marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium-high; grease grate well. Thread 4 pieces of chicken or pork onto each skewer. Grill, turning and basting often with reserved sauce mixture, for 8-10 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Garnish with green onions.
- TIP: To prevent scorching, pre-soak skewers for 30 minutes in cold water before threading with kebab ingredients.
- For the best results, cut the chicken and pork into equal-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
- HEALTH-IT-UP TWIST: Add fresh veggies such as cubed peppers, whole mushrooms, sliced zucchini and chery tomatoes; serve over whole grain rice for a nutritious meal.
