Easy White Chocolate Glaze

• Yields: 1/2 cup

ingredients

• 3 ounces white chocolate, chopped
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons water

directions

1. Heat all the ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until the white chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and of desired drizzling consistency.

This was a great recipe that I found in a panic. I burned/overcooked white chocolate to dip my biscotti into I had to find another white chocolate solution. I made this and used a spoon to go up and down the biscotti as a drizzle. Once the glaze set it hardened nicely so I could stack them. I am glad I took a chance on an unrated recipe and will definitely use it again.

I tried this recipe for glazing my mini donuts. I used very good quality organic baking chocolate. The result was very disappointing as it was did not set, remained extremely sticky and kept dripping.
