- 3 1⁄2 French baguettes
- 4 1⁄2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 15 ounces white chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 3 eggs
- 12 egg yolks
directions
- Chop baguettes into 1'' squares, then into thirds (use older, harder bread if needed).
- Add all ingredients together and let soak a while.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
