ingredients
- whipped topping
- 2 tablespoons instant espresso or 2 tablespoons coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 shots of rum chata liqueur
- 1 fluid ounce of whipped cream vodka
- 1 fluid ounce of caramel vodka
- 1 fluid ounce of espresso vodka
- 2 chocolate candies, Garnish
- 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup, Garnish
directions
- Chill rinsed, not dried martini glasses in freezer.

Whipped Topping:
- With a hand mixer beat all whipped topping ingredients, coffee sugar water and cinnamon till fluffy and pale. Place in the refrigerator.
- Place all cocktail ingredients into a cocktail shaker top with ice and shake well.
- Drizzle optional chocolate syrup inside of the chilled glass.
- Pour into well chilled martini glasses.
- Top with the chilled whipped coffee foam.
- Garnish with a piece of chocolate.
- Enjoy!
