• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1⁄2 hot pepper, finely minced
• 2 limes, juice of
• 1⁄4 cup butter
• 1 cup boiling water
• salt & pepper

directions

1. Combine above ingredients & pour over hot, cooked, vegetables.
