ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can no-salt-added green beans, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can wax beans, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2⁄3 cup chopped green onion
- 2⁄3 cup apple juice
- 1⁄3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dried oregano
directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss gently.
- Combine apple juice and next 6 ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly; and shake vigorously. Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
- Yield 12 Servings @ 1/2 cup for 1 ww pt.
