- 1 cup unsweetened kefir
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened berries
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free jam
- agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. makes 1 large serving.

<p>I love to eat, and use to never gain a pound but now i can look at food and gain 100 pounds!! Still i love to cook, but i can't bake a cake, i trie all the time, it never come out right. I'm going to learn if it kills me. UP DATE: I'm still living and i have learned... its wonderful...all the cakes in the world...now i'm moving on to jams and jellies</p>
