I have been following the Abs Diet for about two weeks now. This smoothie didn't sound all that good to me but since there weren't a ton of recipes available, I finally tried it...and I LOVED it! It's extremely filling and I liked the taste. I lost four pounds this week too! I run a site for weight loss support and I plan to share this recipe with my diet buddies right away!
