DIRECTIONS

  • place oatmeal in blender and blend to make flour.
  • chop up carrot, beet, and potato and boil until soft.
  • mix oatmeal and spices in bowl.
  • drain vegetables and add liquid smoke and blend with hand mixer.
  • slowly add dry ingredients to blended vegtables
  • form into hot dogs and wrap with plastic wrap tie end of hot dog
  • place in boiling water for 25 minutes.
  • remove from plastic and fry in frying pan.
  • server on bun.
