Vanilla Pudding Pie

- Ready In:
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3 1⁄2 cups cold milk
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
- whipped cream (optional)
- Whisk together pudding mixes and milk until thick and creamy.
- Pour into crust.
- Chill until firm.
- Top with whipped cream, if desired.

My mom always made a similar pie, except she prepared one box of chocolate pudding and put it on the bottom. After it set awhile, she prepared a box of vanilla pudding and put it on top. We called it “Ribbon Pie”. BTW, use the same amount of milk as this recipe (1 3/4 cup per box), which is less than the package directions for pudding
