- 4 stalks celery
- 1⁄2 medium bell pepper, seeded, stem removed (any color)
- 6 medium carrots
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 medium cucumber
directions
- Juice all the vegetables together.
- Stir well, then serve by pouring into glasses.
- To your health!

I did use my Vitamix to make this juice and it was blended perfectly. My DH loves V8 juice but this tasted fresher and lighter! Used a yellow pepper and half of one large English cucumber. I added a bit of freshly ground black pepper to my glass, so good, and DH wants to make this again. Made and reviewed for the Australian/NewZealand Forums Recipe Swap #73.
