ingredients

• 1 avocado
• 10 cherry tomatoes
• 1⁄2 red onion
• 1⁄2 lemon
• 5 fresh basil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons creme fraiche

directions

1. Chop avocado.
2. Finely chop cherry tomatoes.
3. finely chop basil.
4. Squeeze juice from lemon.
5. Blend ingredients in a food processor.

Reviewed for PAC October 2011-Very nice Avocado dip,I liked how the tomatoes and anion gave it a bit of texture if i were to make it again i would probably add a little pepper or chilli sauce to it.<br/>Served with Chilli Corn Tamale Cakes these two went together really well!!
