Tuna Buns

ingredients
- 2 (185 g) cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 1⁄2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2⁄3 cup bick's tangy dill relish
- 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 8 hot dog buns or 8 crusty rolls, split
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients except buns. Mix well.
- Fill buns wiht tuna mixture. Wrap individually in foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes. if desired, open foil and bake 3 minutes longer to crisp buns.
- NOTE: Tuna buns wrapped in foil, are great cooked on the barbecue.
- Freezing not recommended.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
