Really good! My husband doesn't really like tuna and he liked it. My 4 year old ate 1 1/2 sandwiches! Used a little less mustard, yellow onions instead of green, and a dash of lemon juice. Also used about 1/2 of the relish with a little pickle juice because I don't like so many pickle chunks in it. Made one without cheese and it was really good too! I will definitely make this again!Reply

This was a very good sandwich. I shared them for lunch with a friend who loves tuna melts. She couldn't believe how easy and scrumptious these were. I omitted the sweet pickle relish, as I don't care for it. I added a bit of garlic powder and a dash of cayenne and used some hamburger bakery rolls that I had on hand. The outside of the rolls were crispy and toasty and the filling was cheesy and flavorful. Absolutely a great quick lunch item.Reply
