Tuna Appetizer Balls

"This recipe came from a Church cookbook. I like them as they are very easy to make, can be made ahead and never fail to be a hit. Yield depends on how big the balls are made."

• Yields: 30-35 balls

ingredients

• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 (6 ounce) cans drained tuna
• 1⁄3 cup consomme
• 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
• 1 cup fine breadcrumbs
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup margarine
• 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into small balls. Roll in 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flake crumbs. Bake on cookie sheet at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
