- Brown hamburger and drain; set aside and cool. Finely chop lettuce and cover bottom of plate or platter with it. Spread onion and tomato over lettuce. Spread hamburger on top of that. Blend cream cheese, avocado, garlic salt, and milk in blender. Poor over top hamburger. Spread taco sauce on top of that, then cover with shredded cheese. Eat on chips.

I love all varieties of tex-mex dips; this was a very good version. Next time I might try 'tostada' layering the way I make them (RF beans on the bottom, then beef, then the veg/cheese/sauce. I'm sure the flavor will remain excellent.<br/><br/>One thing I like to do is warm up whole flat corn tortillas til breakable, then crack flat pieces of tortilla (kind of like breaking flatbread/lavash).<br/><br/>A winner, especially for the sports and beer set (of which I belong :) )
