- 2 tablespoons potatoes
- 1 big tomatoes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oil
directions
- Peel, cut in small cubes your potato and cook until brown and crisp (about 15min at 200°C/390F).
- Cut the tomato in small cubes at set aside.
- Put all ingredient except for oil in a hand blender.
- Blend drizzling in the oil until you reach a mayo-like consistency.
