"This is a simple version of a traditional Taiwanese dish. This recipe has been a favorite in my family since my aunt introduced it to us years ago! Prep time includes time to clean the chicken breasts."

  1. This was a very good recipe. Excellent because it's so simple and easy. I used low sodium soy sauce (all I had) and cooking white wine. Also used skin on, bone in chicken. The chicken kept the flavor of the sauce wonderfully so it was very tasty and moist.

  2. So simple and easy. I put a bit less oil and more wine. Very juicy and good with rice.

  3. Great recipe! I followed the previous advice and used less oil and more wine. Chicken had a good flavor to it.

I'm a real estate agent in the lovely city of Rochester, New York. That's not what I expected to do with my life. I got my bachelor's in psychology, my masters in literacy education, and I taught high school special education for two years. Then I discovered that helping people find the homes of their dreams was my real passion. I've been doing it for over two years now and still absolutely love my career. Other than that, I have a very spoiled Border Collie mix named Bear that I adopted from a local shelter in spring '08. He's gorgeous and fun and brings me great joy. Now if only I could find a man like that... LOL!
