- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup white wine
directions
- Place chicken in a saucepan.
- Pour oil, soy sauce, and wine over chicken; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer until chicken is tender, approximately 40 minutes.
