  • Chop celery, set aside. Chop leek, spring onion and garlic. Add oil and cook 2 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2. Add chicken and saute 5 minutes/100 degrees/speed soft. Add chopped celery, rice and pear juice, saute 3 minutes/100 degrees/speed soft. Add stock, water and salt. Cook 15 minutes/100 degrees/reverse/speed 1.5. During the last five minutes, add the frozen peas.
