The Dove's Nest Cantaloupe Soup

  • Place cantaloupe chunks in a large bowl. Add the sugar, orange juice, lime and lemon juices, coconut milk, vanilla, ginger, half and half and rum; mix well.
  • Pour part of the mixture into a blender container. Process for 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  • Pour into a large nonreactive bowl. Chill, covered for several hours.
  • Ladle into tea cups or soup bowls.
