ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup red onion, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
directions
- combine ingredients in bowl.
- serve on a whole wheat wrap with lettuce!

I adore tarragon and love it with chicken, so I knew this would be wonderful. I used sweet onion in place of red oion, but otherwise stuck to the recipe. It's a very tasty chicken salad. Perfect on a bed of lettuce or on kieser buns. Thanx!
