Taco Layer Dip

"A tasty recipe I got at a party. I am not a fan of refried beans in my layer dip, so I absolutely love this version. I've also substituted 2 cups of Mexican blend cheese for the cheddar and Monterey Jack before- yum! Also- cook/prep time does not include chill time before serving."

I love this dip like I knew I would when I saw there were no refried beans! I used Wholly Guacamole for the guac layer. This dip is a great addition to any party. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Fall 2011.

Completely delightful and completely devoured in only a matter of minutes! Fantastically easy and tasty. Made for PAC Spring 2009. Great little snack here. I do recommend letting it chill in the fridge for an hour or so before serving.
