"I made this up when I was craving something sweet. It tastes a lot like pumpkin pie"

• 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
• 1⁄2 tablespoon clover honey
• 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together. Spread on bagel, toast, or eat by itself.

I have now found a favorite sweet! I had this last night on pound cake, and while I don't like pound cake, I had second helpings!!
