I used vanilla vodka and bottled grapefruit juice with just a splash of Grand Marnier for a lovely drink on the deck. I think a 1/2 teaspoon of Splenda added would be welcome for my tastes next time but that's not to say that it wasn't enjoyed because it was. I wouldn't have thought of this combo but it sure works. Made for Comfort Cafe's Beach Bash, summer 09.

This was nice and refreshing, citrusy and tart; it didn't taste as strong as I expected [maybe that's not a good thing : ) ] I made it with fresh grapefruit juice so it was a bit tart - which I liked, but I thought I'd add a little sugar to see how that would be - it was good too, then I added a little seltzer for some fizz - also very good! Made for the Comfort Cafe July 09
