- Measure out 1 gallon of popped popcorn and lay out on wax paper.
- Melt butter, sugar, and water on stove until temperature reaches 245°F (about 5 minute after it starts boiling).
- Remove from heat and add salt and vanilla.
- At this point you can add food coloring to make it colorful!
- Pour mixture over popped popcorn and stir occasionally until completely cooled.
- ENJOY!

I am very new at this whole cooking thing. I just graduated college and am just starting out this "welcome to the real world" life. I have never really been into the whole cooking scene but since moving in with my boyfriend I have started to like it. I am trying lots of different recipes and found this site to be very very helpful, as well as, having GREAT and EASY recipes. I love sports! I played volleyball all through college.
