ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons water (or more if you prefer it to be more liquid)
- 1 (150 g) container danone silhouette fat-free blueberry yogurt (just under 1/2 cup) or (150 g) container sugar-free blueberry yogurt (just under 1/2 cup)
directions
- Combine in a food processor (or blender) at high speed until blueberries and yogurt form a stiff slush.
- Enjoy.

Had this for breakfast this morning and WOW! What a great tasting smoothie. I used plain yogurt as that is what I had available, and a little berry splash instead of the water. I shared with a co-worker and we both agree this is the best tasting smoothie we have ever had. Thanks so much for posting!.
