Sugar Free Blueberry Slushie (Almost Ice Cream)

"Creamy and delicious, almost like soft-serve ice cream. I like to eat it with a spoon (add a bit more water if you prefer to drink it). This has about 150 calories but tastes like a lot more."

  1. Had a good taste, but I didn't really care for the grainy texture. I also needed a lot more liquid just to get it to mix in my blender...I don't know maybe my blender sucks!

  2. Had this for breakfast this morning and WOW! What a great tasting smoothie. I used plain yogurt as that is what I had available, and a little berry splash instead of the water. I shared with a co-worker and we both agree this is the best tasting smoothie we have ever had. Thanks so much for posting!.

  3. What an indulgent-tasting breakfast this was. I've tried similar ingredients in a smoothie but never as "frozen yogurt". Why didn't I think of that? Wonderful.

  5. I eat low carb and am looking for easy sweet treats for once in a while. Thanks!
