  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 34 cups salsa, divided
  • 1 (12 ounce) package jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 12 cups grated Mexican blend cheese

directions

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • In a large frying pan, brown beef then stir in taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of the salsa. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Fill cooked shells with 1 tbls of meat mix.
  • Lay shells in bottom of greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Spoon salsa over shells, top with cheese.
  • Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted.
