Stuffed Taco Pasta Shells

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 3⁄4 cups salsa, divided
- 1 (12 ounce) package jumbo pasta shells
- 1 1⁄2 cups grated Mexican blend cheese
directions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- In a large frying pan, brown beef then stir in taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of the salsa. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Fill cooked shells with 1 tbls of meat mix.
- Lay shells in bottom of greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spoon salsa over shells, top with cheese.
- Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted.
