Strawberry Pancakes

• Yields: 10 medium pancakes
• Serves: 3-4

ingredients

• 2 cups cake flour
• 1 cup strawberry, diced
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 3⁄4 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1⁄4 cup oil
• 2 teaspoons baking powder

directions

1. whisk together milk, eggs, oil and sugar, add flour and baking powder, then fold in strawberries.
2. drop onto sprayed griddle or frying pan 1/4 Celsius at a time, waiting for bubbles to form, then turning them over to cook through.
