Strawberry & Banana Cheesecake

"A light tasty dessert"

• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 4 ounces melted butter
• 6 ounces crushed shortbread cookies
• 8 ounces whipped cream cheese (softened)
• 6 ounces heavy whipping cream
• 5 ounces icing sugar (powdered sugar)
• 8 ounces bananas, sliced
• 2 cups strawberries
• 2 ounces grated chocolate

directions

1. put the crushed shortbread cookies into a mixing bowl,add the melted butter and mix untill all the butter has been soaked up.
2. put the cookie mixture into the baking tin put into the refridgerator to set.
3. next whip the cream untill you have soft peaks, add the softened cream cheese and beat until cheese and cream are blended together.
4. Add the sieved icing sugar and mix.
5. slice the banana's put onto the cookie base,.
6. put the cheesecake mixture on top of the banana's,
7. slice strawberry's to decorate, sprinkle grated chocolate over top of cheese cake leave in refridgerator for 30 minutes befor serving.
