- Add salt and pepper, simmer.
- Add onion, tomatoes.
- Cook for a few minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until potatoes are tender.

This is a really good basic reipe. to kick it up a bit replace the water with clam juice, add a tablespoon of worchestershire sauce and 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes. I also added chopped green olives at the end and served with parsley and chopped green onions and crusty bread for the sauce. everyone enjoyed
