- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1⁄2 cup chopped water chestnut
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green onion
- 1⁄2 cup chopped bamboo shoot
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- wonton wrapper
- lettuce leaf
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
directions
- Combine turkey and vegetables in bowl; mix well.
- Add cornstarch, seasonings and 1 Tbsp soy sauce; mix well.
- Spoon a small amount onto each wonton wrapper; moisten edges with water.
- Pleat or crimp with pot sticker maker to seal.
- Place in single layer in lettuce-lined steamer.
- Steam over boiling water for 6 minutes or until cooked through.
- Repeat with remaining dumplings.
- Serve with mixture of remaining 1/2 cup soy sauce, vinegar, oil and Tabasco sauce for dipping.
