St. Martin Banana Bread

"From one of the chefs at the Radisson in St. Martin. It was so good that we asked for the recipe. It wasn't overly banana flavored and it reminded me of honey cake but there is no honey in the recipe. I got the recipe in hotel quantities and Charmed on 'Zaar converted it for 1 loaf. This came only with ingredients so I am giving a basic oven time but please watch. I am posting this so that I don't lose it. Thanks Charmed (and the Radisson)!"
