- prepare stuffing by mixing spinach(half cooked and lightly squeezed out), carrot(grated) and spices.
- dough with some salt, the water in the dough until all the flour come together, and knead about 100 times in frequency for 2 cups of flour.
- roll to spinach paratha and cook in pan with some oil.
