  • Tear spianch leaves into bite-size pieces (about 4 cups): refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Place spinach in a large bowl.
  • Slice unpared cucumbers into bowl.
  • Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered jar; toss with vegetables.
