DIRECTIONS

  • Finely chop Garlic and Chillies,
  • heat oil in a saucepan and add the Garlic, Chillies, Sage and Coriander and cook until fragrant then add the Tomatoes.
  • Season and simmer for 10 minutes until thick and reduced.
  • Add the prawns and continue to simmer until cooked.
  • stir in butter and serve.
  • Serve by pouring onto crispy toasted bread.
