  • Thaw, drain and squeeze spinach.
  • Drain and squeeze artichokes hearts.
  • Saute garlic in olive oil over medium heat (could also be roasted instead).
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan over med-low heat, stirring until combined.
