Spicy Sausage Rice

"I found this little gem on the Love Food Hate Waste website, tried it at home and realized how great it is! The taste is amazing, and you can alter how spicy it is by what type of salsa you add. This recipe is also great for families, if you want to use up some of your leftover sausages! Thanks, Love Food Hate Waste! NOTE: For the stock, I use whatever flavor stock that my sausages are, beef/chicken etc. If you aren't into too much of a spicy kick, try mild salsa. Remember, that stock is the stock powder + water, not just the powder."

I'm a pretty cook cook/baker and I enjoy cooking/baking. It is a great hobby and skill to have, and new recipes always keep me interested, although I do love my good ol' recipe book. 'Zaar is a great website to share both recipes and knowledge.
