- 15 ounces black-eyed peas
- 15 ounces black beans
- 15 ounces corn
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 4 ounces diced jalapeno peppers
- 14 1⁄2 ounces diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
directions
- 350º.
- 9" pie pan.
- Rinse and drain black-eyed peas, black beans and corn. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
